In this meeting we discussed themes which we would be interested in for our exhibition. As the exhibition is only just over a month away, we feel as though we need to decided on a theme. In order to do this the group and I went around the art school and looked at different Level 5 and 6 work. Fortunately we all seemed to like the same sort of work. I come up the idea of structures as everything as a structure. Although we all agreed that we wanted a more specific theme.
The work we all liked seem to have quite a disturbing theme, such as rape and gross body part, so we thought about the theme disturbia. However we thought this was too limited. We had to find the line between limited and too wide.
We decided the best thing to do was for all of us to go home and think about about a link between all of the works and if any did not fit in then we would just have to take them out of the options.
