As we was very far ahead with our advertisement documents, organization with the artists etc, we decided that would have our next meeting to discuss booking the equipment, floor plan and risk assessment.
Hollie and Russell are in charge of the risk assessment, although it appeared that Hollie had done more then Russell. Hollie had started to fill out the risk assessment form already and she did this by speaking to all the artists. She wanted to know what there works need to be hung etc. Obviously for pieces like the projection she knew that wires would have be involved. So from using her common sense and communication with the group and the artists she had manged to fill out the majority of the risk assessment.
Brogan had done several floor plan designs as we decided as a group we did not want a definite floor plan design until the exhibition had been set up as we wanted to keep an open mind and explore
where the pieces looked best when setting up. Again Brogan had done more then Jack for the floor plan designs as i dont think Jack had done any at this point.
Kieran and Sarah were well ahead with their planning of equipment. They had booked the projection, speakers, camera, tripod etc. And after Sarah's conversation with Anna the health and safety equipment did not need to be booked but just collected on the day of setting up.
After this meeting i felt so relieved that everything was almost sorted with over a week to go.
